Refund Policy

Returns

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, please contact us at mjs.saleshelpdesk@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or unsealed from their protective packaging

  • Custom or personalised items (if applicable)

Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
